چکیده
Background: Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a severe public health problem and caused by range of pathogens, but most commonly Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Enterococcus faecalis Staphylococcus saprophyticus. High recurrence rates increasing antimicrobial resistance among uropathogens threaten to greatly increase the economic burden these infections. This study aimed measure lowest concentration Moringa oleifera Lam. Leaf that did not show any growth tested microorganisms.
Methods: The antibacterial activity test was adapted from CLSI broth microdilution assay, with minor modifications, were used for evaluation M. extracts against bacteria. Three concentrations higher than MIC standard cultured on MHA. agar which found bacterial colonies determined as MBC.
Results: results showed leaf extract could inhibit growth. Inhibition based concentration. For E. coli bacteria, highest absorbance value at 100mg/ml (2.86±0.02); even when diluted 3,13 mg/ml (1.08±0.01), moringa growth, although differ negative control (0.13±0.06). same others bacteria UTIs.
 Conclusions: Methanol can bactericide urinary

The ethnolic extract of the leaves of Moringa oleifera Lam. (Fam. Moringaceae) was tested for antimicrobial activities against Gram Positive - Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis Staphylococcus aureus, Sarcina lutea: Gram negative - Escherichia coli and Acid fast Mycobacterium phlei. Significant antimicrobial activity of the extract was found in this study.

Objective. Urinary tract infections (UTI) are the most common problem in clinical practice. Usually they are asymptomatic and are commonly present with distressing symptoms like pain and burning sensation on urination. Antibiotics are widely used to treat UTIs; however, they have their own limitations like resistance, reinfection, and relapses. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate t...
